1.  President Dave Morrissette:

a. The convention is going well for the most part. Looks like it will break model and attendance records.

b. Membership is still down. Please continue to brainstorm to find ways to increase membership. The convention probably boosted membership, but we are not sure of the numbers at this time.

c. Jack Kennedy suggested some sort of incentive to boost membership.

a. IMMA (International Model Manufactures Association) is now the HMA (Hobby Members Association). John will participate in a teleconference with the members of HMA

a. There were some issues with registration and judging at the convention. Do we need a better registration system. John Noack wondered if we could set up some sort of bar code system.
