Dick Montgomery It has been my great pleasure and honor to serve IPMS and its membership in several roles over the last few years. As the RC for Region 6 beginning in Feb, 2001 I represented the interests of my Region to the IPMS administration and represented IPMS to the modelers and clubs within the region. During this same time I also volunteered my services as an Associate Webmaster for the Events Gallery and Walk Around Gallery. Following my service as RC-6, I was elected to the E-Board four years ago as Director of Local Chapters. I credit the many individual IPMS members in local clubs with whom I have worked, the 13 Regional Coordinators, the members of the E-Board, as well as the members of the IPMS staff with a big share of the success I experienced as DLC. As President I will continue my advocacy for the Make n Take program and the Adult Building Course. Working with the E-Board officers I will facilitate policies that build bridges with the manufacturers, aid local chapters to attract membership, and support programs that will enhance the enjoyment of the hobby. I will work to ensure that changes dealing with the National Convention are well designed and implemented in an effective manner.
