Candidate for  IPMS/USA 1st Vice President

Hello again, everyone.  Well, it’s year 19 of my E-Board service, and Dick Montgomery has asked (Appealed?  Bribed? Railroaded?) me into running for this position again.  I’ve held the 1VP chair several times before. A brief list of things I’ve done as IPMS/USA 1VP:

• Created the Reviewers’ Corps

• Worked with webmaster and associate webmasters to develop the online review process

• Set up Hobbies for Heroes

• Developed the industry relationship that supports our discounted/free of charge Make and Take inventory

If elected, I’ll continue the good work underway by my predecessor Dave Morrissette.  I’d like to work on a process that is less labor-intensive as far as getting review products to our Reviewers’ Corps, and ensuring timely reviews.  I’d also take advantage of my current Pubs Director position to ensure the Journal continues to get good review content for our printed media.
