IPMS/Mid Hudson
 

The Hudson Valley Historical Miniatures Guild (IPMS/Mid-Hudson) hosted their annual Make ‘n Take on Saturday March 21^st at the East Fishkill Community Library in Hopewell Junction, New York.  The event  was divided into two sessions with about thirty children participating to build the Revell ‘1968 Pontiac GTO Black Ice’ in 1:32 scale donated by IPMS USA from the Make ‘N Take program.

HVHMG Club members also brought in a wide selection of their own completed kits, which were setup on two tables as a ‘show and tell’ display.  Much ogling and excitement was spawned by these pieces, which defiantly contributed additional motivation.

Thanks to the many volunteer instructors, the kit building was energetic and showed a great amount of enthusiasm. Many a smile was generated in both the children and parents. All told, a most successful gathering.
