Guidelines for
Submission of Photographs and Information |

Format: |
One current IPMS/USA Chapter will be accepted for any single posting based partially on the number of submissions for the particular Chapter and completeness of requested information. Information must be reasonably accurate. No derogatory or false information will be accepted if submitted or found. Submissions must include one photo of the Chapter logo and three to eight photos of accomplishments. Along with a informational biography of the Chapter with general information about the Chapter . IE: Make N Take events, Contests, special event work, Member support/activity, How Chapter started, Membership's favorite events etc. Images must be in electronic format (no printed photos). Images must in either JPEG or GIF format, and may be no larger than 600 pixels wide. Blurred, poorly lit, or low quality images will not be accepted. Text will be accepted in Microsoft Word, Word perfect or Word pad documents or as any open text document. NO PDF's

Criteria: |
Chapter who have been featured for special recognition are automatically eligible for consideration for the Chapter Spotlight and other Members may also submit entries directly to the Spotlight for consideration. The Associate Webmaster will make all selections, which will be featured for approx. one month. |
