Guidelines for Submission of Photographs and Information
      to the IPMS/USA Member Spotlight Gallery

Format:   

One current IPMS/USA member will be accepted for any single posting based partially on the number of submissions for the particular member and completeness of information.  Information must be reasonably accurate.  No derogatory or false information will be accepted if submitted or found.   

Submissions must include one photo of the member and three to eight photos of his work.  Along with a informational biography of the members with general information about member. IE: Favorite Kit Manufacturer, Scale, Subject, Description of any special work, Goals, Most memorable model, How member started in hobby, Members favorite quote etc.

Images must be in electronic format (no printed photos).  Images must in either JPEG or GIF format, and may be no larger than 600 pixels wide.  Blurred, poorly lit, or  low quality images will not be accepted.  

Text will be accepted in Microsoft Word, Word perfect or Word pad documents or as any open text document. NO PDF's

Criteria:   

Members who have previously submitted entries to the regular “Members Gallery” are automatically eligible for consideration for the Member Spotlight and other Members may also submit entries directly to the Spotlight for consideration. The Associate Webmaster will make all selections, which will be featured for approx. one month.

Info:   

• Member name.
• Member IPMS Number and Chapter (if a member of one).
• Member City and State of residence.
• Member photo.
• Photo's of Members work.
• Brief informational biography of member.
