    Shall IPMS/USA authorize IPMS/Columbus to purchase the required number of Microsoft Office packages needed to implement the standardized software package at the upcoming National Convention?

    Shall the Executive Board authorize the Webmaster to purchase a new computer for the purposes of website management? Purchase of new equipment shall not exceed $2,200.

  • Office Managers Report
    We are now using the online credit card system for memberships which is working well. The next step will be to put a shopping cart on line for special products and then to register for conventions. Bob Hester and Bruce Briggs are working on this project.

    Voting has been going well both on the website and via snail mail. There is still plenty of time to vote – Amendment deadline is September 1st, election ballots September 30th.

    V21J2 (Mar-Apr) issue of the journal was mailed to 4303, up from 4198 for V21J1. There were 208 non renewed memberships for V21J2, which is a lower number than we have had for awhile (some of these have renewed after the mailing labels went to the printers for the next issue).
    Postcards continue to be sent out to expired members, as well as email reminders to those whose memberships are expiring.

    We have added an IPMS/USA logo decal to our special products selling for $ 1.00. And the orders for back issues of the journal continue at a steady pace.
