MSRP: $17.95 USD Following in their tradition of fine model building manuals, comes another addition sure to please the die hard tread head. Like the others before this one, it is full of before during and after photographs. This book contains 80 pages on heavy gloss paper. Every photo is a color shot. I am truly thrilled with the amount of photographs that they are including with their fine line of books. All the models, six of them, are built by Nicola Cortese. They include four IS-2’s and two ISU-152’s. One in diminutive 1/72 scale. The book also contains reference materials, color reference charts and kit availability. My only downside to any of these fine books is that they all use a large amount of $$$ aftermarket products. Your average modeler or the young kid just getting into the hobby can’t often afford the price tag of a normal kit let alone the $15.00 to $150.00 for the cottage industry add-ons. |
