MSRP: $15.95 USD Osprey does it again! This is a neat addition to their New Vanguard series. This Tome consists of 48 pages. Inside you find 50 black and white photographs, eight color plates, and a two page exploded cut-away of the tank. The 48 pages cover the history of one of the most widely produced tanks in the world. It starts with the T-44 and finishes up with the T-55M6. It also covers the Chinese Type 59 and Type 69 and the Israeli Tiran 4 and Tiran 5. As great as this book is, it does not cover any of the numerous specialty vehicles that have been built using this hull (other than the mention of the Israeli Achzarit). Let’s hope that a book of this sort might be in the works for a future release. |
