I volunteered to review this issue because John stated that it had a review of an IDF Tiran on the cover. Being the IDF model maniac that I am, I definitely wanted to check it out. Unlike several of the other issues I have reviewed, I would have gladly purchased this magazine the second I picked it up. Almost every article contained in this volume was of interest to me. This tome contains two modified armored vehicles based on the venerable T-55 chassis. It also contains two great photo studies and two great and interesting diorama builds. Listed below are a summary of the different articles contained in this issue.
  1. Over There - M1A1 HA in Iraqi during OIF.
  2. Croatian BTS3.
  3. Superbeast in Afghanistan - Leopard C2 photographs.
  4. Dust n' Bones - Panzer 1 and Elephant Skelton in North Africa.
  5. Tiran 5.
  6. Extreme Detail - M4 High Speed Tractor photographs.
  7. Keeping Track - Latest release information.
  8. Euro Militaire 2007 - Pictures of some entries.
Both diorama reviews are well photographed and written. The Panzer 1 is a super neat and relatively easy diorama design idea. The M4 Photographs are exceptionally well taken and will definitely aid anyone trying to build the new Hobby Boss release. My favorites were the BTS3 and Tiran 5. Overall, another great issue from the company. I really enjoyed this whole magazine and would recommend it to anyone interested in Middle East armor.
