Aggressors from Alaska? I had no idea… But surprises like wild paint jobs on F-16's are always going to a hit with me, and this one is no exception.

This set will allow the modeler to build several of the monochromatic Falcons operated by the 18th Fighter Squadron, Eielson AFB, Alaska, in April 2008. All have a nice Soviet style red/yellow outline number on the sides of the intake. This and the nicely done Aggressor badges are the only "color" you get. Everything else is black, white or grey.

Basic stencils are provided for three models, but only two sets of wing walkways. Three sets of Tamiya specific Stencils are supplied as well. Also supplied are markings for the CATM AIM 9, and CUBIC ACMI Pod (x 2) and intake and exhaust cover badges (x 3). We also get ground crew names for the inside of the front landing gear door.

The color markings guide is nicely done and includes the standard reference photos we have come to expect from Two Bobs. Curiously, there is a photo showing a Wolfs head emblem on the fuselage behind the wings that is not included in the decals or shown on the placement guide. What you get instead is a silhouette of Alaska. There are no clear photos showing this silhoutte, but it is on the placement guide. Maybe this changed at some point during the aircrafts deployment? In any case, it would have been nice to have the option to choose between the two.

The printing and register on my sample are perfect. Carrier film is kept to a minimum and appears very thin. Printing is done by Microscale Industries.

I highly recommend these decals. This is another winner from Two Bobs and I am looking forward to using them on the new Tamiya kit. Get them while you can! I would like to thank Two Bobs and IPMS USA for the opportunity to review this product.
