MSRP: $5.95 Review copies provided by Quickboost www.quickboost.net Afflicted with AMS, I love it when a manufacturer releases aftermarket products that have versatility across a wide range of subjects. I often use these products for kits that suffer from a lack of dedicated detail sets. This offering by Quickboost fills this need! The universal piston set provides the perfect replacement parts for a whole series of actuators including: landing gear, gear doors, speed brakes, and canopy retractors. They will work on prop alike. They would work well on the Hasegawa F-16 for instance. The components are flawlessly cast in their usual durable gray resin. The only clean up required is as the attachment points and there is not hint of mold release agent. If you needed a longer or shorter reach you could replace the piston itself with styrene rod or stainless steel wire. My only wish is that they came two sets to a pack. Regardless this is a great upgrade item for a very reasonable price!
