As I was just finishing my DUKW, I was VERY
interested in receiving this kit. I had no Idea of this company’s
reputation. If this sample is a reflection of ALL their items, they must
be a great company. These tires and accessories are GREAT!!!
You get seven tires, 2 rear leaf springs, 2 drive shafts, and attachments. All are beautifully cast and almost flash free. The detail on these items is five times better than the Italeri parts. The only draw back was that the tires width was thinner than those on the kit. I am assuming that Italeri’s kit must have tires designed for use in the sand beach area. If you are making a European DUKW vehicle or a diorama then these are the ultimate tires to put on your DUKW. |
