MSRP: $8.50 Website: www.quickboost.net The Tamiya FW-190D's are really nice models, and are certainly the easiest build of this aircraft. If you want to add a little visual interest to it Quickboost offers you dropped flaps. Until now, if you wanted dropped flaps you had to deal with fiddly photo etch, but thankfully that is no longer true. Molded in gorgeous light grey resin that is blemish free there are four pieces of flaps. There are both the ribbed inner surface and the flaps themselves. The only thing that is required is to remove the lower wing flap and add the replacement parts. The detail is beautiful and flawlessly executed. The flaps are suitably thin and would give photo etch a run for its money. I prefer resin over photo etch any day, as it is easier for me to work with and this set is no exception. Very easy to use and relatively inexpensive, this set is a nice addition to your Focke Wulf. Highly recommended. Thanks to Quickboost for the review copies.
