MSRP: $5.99 Website: www.quickboost.net I’m always looking for aftermarket parts that will improve the Mig-21 kits, so I was eager to review this item. The air intake consists of two parts, cast in the soft gray resin one is familiar with from Quickboost. In only a few minutes with a razor saw I had cut the parts away from the casting sprue, and cleaned up the backsides. Following the instructions it was a simple matter to mount the items as required. I have provided a picture of the Fujimi’s air intake and the Quickboost intake mounted inside of the right fuselage half. The Quickboost method of placing the intake splitter inside a cylinder allows a small gap between the two parts, just as you would find on a real Mig-21. A very nice touch that you will have to be careful not to paint shut. I can recommend this product for your Fujimi Mig-21 kits.
