MSRP: 2.5 Euros (approx. $3.50) Website: www.quickboost.net Airfix's new 1/72 Spitfire PR.XIX is a nice kit, but it does lack detail in some areas, making it a natural for the likes of Quickboost. Here's the first of what I think will be a number of improvements for this kit from the Czech firm, a set of exhausts. The kit's exhausts are very anemic, being far too skinny and completely void of detail; they even lack indentations at the ends. The Quickboost set has a much beefier appearance and has slightly flanged ends that are hollowed out. These features give a much better effect, and for the small price to pay, are a worthwhile investment for your Airfix kit. Highly recommended.
